: visual molecular dynamics
This is a molecular visualization program for displaying and animating
large biomolecular systems using 3-D graphics. VMD supports computers
running Unix or Windows, is distributed free of charge, and includes

WebMol - JAVA
PDB Viewer
WebMol was designed to display and analyze molecular structural
information contained in the Brookhaven Protein Data Bank (PDB).
It is free and can be run as an applet or as a stand-alone application.

Learning Matters of Chemistry
The Organic Chemistry Resources project was started in the early
1994 as an organic chemistry resource aimed to provide learning

LiqCryst
Online offers free access to its demo-set database of structures
and the LC Registration numbers of more than 70000 compounds. Searching
is by structures drawing, compound names, registry number, etc.
The molecular mass, line notation and structure of the all compounds
are displayed even when they are not in the demo-set. Registration
is free.
Peptide Guide is a database
for peptides and peptide synthesis. The site includes a Peptide
Builder for constructing text representations for simple peptides
