Rules of Court
(Supreme Court of Judicature Act)
Rules made pursuant to the Supreme Court of Judicature Act which regulate and
prescribe the procedure and practice to be followed mainly in civil
proceedings in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Published by the Supreme Court

Singapore Treaty on
the Law of Trademarks
Treaty adopted by Singapore on Mar 27 2006 and ratified on Mar 26 2007. The full text is made available by WIPO.
