Click on
Save as an E-mail alert to receive new records added to the databases that
matches your statement.
At the screen
below, type in your User Name and Password. Or Register
for a Free Personal Login.
At the Save
Search as an Alert, type in "Name of Alert" , select the frequency
that you wish to run and receive these alerts and click on Save Alert.
A message
will appear to confirm that alert saved, the query statement and date.
To
view the list of alerts saved, click on 
.
Click on Most recent results to display the search results found within
30 days from the time of their retrieval.
Click on
Archive to display the search results found more than 30 days from
the time of their retrieval.
Click on
Modify the search query to change the Name of Alert, email address
or Frequency of the search
Click on
Delete, to discontinue and delete the alert immediately but it does
not delete the search from your saved queries
