How to Search INSPEC on ScienceDirect : About

INSPEC is the reference database in in physics, electrical engineering, electronics,  communications, control engineering, computers and computing, and information  technology. Coverage includes references to scientific and technical journals, conferences and other publications published throughout the world in a wide range of languages.  Updates weekly

Each record in the INSPEC database contains an English-language title and descriptive abstract, together with full bibliographic details which include the journal or other publication title, the author's name and affiliation, and the language of the original document. 

INSPEC correspondes to the printed abstracts : Science Abstracts from 1969 to present.
