materials that are most useful for locating information in
Geography.
Databases are a good a place to begin research. They may contain articles
in journals, papers in conference proceedings, newspapers, chapters in

providing references and abstracts for Development Studies, Earth
Sciences, Ecology, Geomechanics, Human Geography, and Oceanography. A major resource for Geography.
Librarian's take:Contains more than 110.000 entries concerning Geographically related literature
since 1950. It provides the bibliographical data for scientific articles (primarily in German, English and French) indexed by keywords.

peer-reviewed titles from international publishers in the sciences and
social sciences.

Central Library. A useful source for topical and current information, not
