SEDBASE is the CD-ROM equivalent of Meyler's Side Effects of Drugs and Side effects of Drugs Annual. Published annually, it contains articles on the clinically relevant side effects and interactions of all drugs currently in use. Topics covered include adverse drug reactions, drug interactions, pharmacological or patient-dependent factors associated with the occurrence of side effects and special risk situations.

You can conduct the following searches:

  1. Find a term occurring anywhere in the database
  2. Find a specific drug with a specific effect
  3. List a summary of reactions & risks for a specific drug
  4. What are the side effects of a specific drug
  5. What are the interactions between specific drugs
  6. What drugs cause a specific side effect
