All England Law Reports. 1936 onwards

This is the compact disc version of the complete set of the printed All England Law Reports. It has over 18,000 full text leading cases decided by the House of Lords, the Privy Council, the Court of Appeal and all divisions of the High Court. The more important decisions of the European Court of Justice are also reported on a regular basis.

The software used is Books on Screen. Users can search in a few ways : free-text searching, searching by Judge's name, by date, etc. Updated monthly.

Family Law.

The Family Law CD-ROM is an interactive multi -media project aimed at informing and educating the public on issues, law and procedures relating to the family in Singapore. The project was initiated by the Law Aware ness Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and Temasek Polytechnic.

The contents of the disc are based on the law as at 1 May 1996. At the time of production, the Women's Charter (Amendment Bill 5/96) was introduced in Parliament and sent to the Select Committee for consideration. Where possible the proposed amendments have been included.
