Periopath: Index to Chinese Periodical Literature on CD-ROM
Periopath is the CD-ROM version of the Index to Chinese Periodical Literature, jointly developed by the National Central Library and the Computer and Communication Research Laboratories of ITRI in Taiwan since 1993. It contains bibliographic information of articles in Chinese and Western language journals published in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. The CD-ROM is updated twice a year.

SinoCat: Chinese National Bibliography on CD-ROM
SinoCat is a library technical services tool and is the first cumulated edition of the Chinese National Bibliography on CD-ROM. This cataloguing database comprises more than 300,000 Chinese records from the National Central Library, Taiwan, ROC. SinoCat is a useful tool for searching books published in Taiwan. Books can be located by selecting one of the available options such as general search (search by keyword), Boolean search (full-text searching with Boolean operators) or browse. The book information displayed includes title, author, description, ISBN, location. The CD-ROM is updated twice a year.

Index to Reprint of Newspapers & Journal Materials 1978-1998
This is a useful index for searching Chinese newspaper and journal articles published in China. It covers a wide range of interdisciplinary fields including philosophy, political science, law, economics, education, language, literature, history, arts and geography. It is produced by the China Renda Social Sciences Information Centre and is updated annually.

Full-text to Reprint of Newspapers & Journal Materials 1995-1999
Also produced by the China Renda Social Sciences Information Centre. These CD-ROMs contain selected full-text newspaper and journal articles published in China. The Library currently subscribes to two series. One covers social sciences, philosophy and law. The other series covers language, literature, arts, history and geography. The CD-ROMs are updated annually.
