How does this
service work?
This service is an extension of our Ask A Librarian service in which
we answer enquiries. It is available from Mon-Fri, 12nn-4pm.
We serve the School of Business and primarily answer queries on
business, finance, marketing and management subjects.
If you have a subject-specific question that we are unable to help you with,
we will refer you to our colleagues at other NUS Libraries. Our
colleagues will reply to you within 1 working day.
As questions are taken in a first-come-first serve order, you may need to
wait if the librarian is already serving another student. Therefore, you may
prefer to :

This service is open to all NUS staff and students.
What questions
can I ask?
We would like to help you with all your questions but due to the
constraints of time, we would be covering suggestions about databases, tips
on how to use LINC and databases and how to look for a book or journal
article. Instead of providing answers to "factual" questions (eg. What is
the GDP of Singapore?), we would be suggesting sources to help you obtain
your answer.
For research help for your term paper or assignments, we offer
InfoHelp - a
personalized session with a librarian.
