What are the collection locations and times for closed stacks items
which I have requested? After
placing a request for a
closed stacks item, you can collect
the
item(s) from the holding library at the locations and times listed
below: Central Library & Japanese Resources

In-person
requests for closed stacks
Term Time
Mondays to Fridays
In-person requests can be
submitted at the Loans Desk 4. Library staff will retrieve the request
at the top of each hour. For example, Library staff will start
retrieving books from the closed stacks at 10.00 am for requests
submitted between 9.01am to 9.59 am at the Loans Desk. It will take
about 10 to 20 minutes to retrieve the materials.
Retrieval for in-person requests:
For term time, stops at 7.00pm
For vacation, stops at 5.30pm
