| | Q. What are the collection locations and times for closed stacks items which I have requested? After
placing a request for a
closed stacks item, you can collect Central Library & Japanese Resources Mondays to Fridays In-person requests can be submitted at the Loans Desk 4. Library staff will retrieve the request at the top of each hour. For example, Library staff will start retrieving books from the closed stacks at 10.00 am for requests submitted between 9.01am to 9.59 am at the Loans Desk. It will take about 10 to 20 minutes to retrieve the materials.
