Q. I am unable to log in to the Exam Papers
Database. You may be prompted for your NUSNET ID and password
when accessing the Exam Papers Database from IVLE or from the NUS
Libraries Portal. Please enter your login information as follows. For
example, if you are a student and your NUSNET ID is u123456, you would
enter:
Username: nusstu\u123456
Password: (your NUSNET password)
If you are prompted separately for a domain, please enter:
Username: u123456
Password: (your NUSNET password)
Domain: nusstu
For staff, please replace 'nusstu' with 'nusstf.'
If you are accessing the database from off-campus via your own Internet
Service Provider (ISP), please disable 'Integrated Windows Authentication'
on your browser:
- From your Web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer), click on Tools
- Select Internet Options
- Select the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the section for Security
- Uncheck 'Enable Integrated Windows
Authentication'
(you may be required to restart your computer)
- Close your browser and try again
