When trying to print a PDF document, an error message shows "Cannot start print job." This occurs if you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 and the URL associated with that PDF file is longer than 261 characters.
To resolve the problem, please update to version 6.0.1 of Acrobat Reader (if you are using version 6.0). Alternatively, you may save the PDF file before printing it, or shorten the URL to less than 261 characters to overcome the problem.
Acrobat updates can be downloaded from www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html
For a detailed guide to Troubleshooting Printing Problems in Acrobat, please refer to Adobe's support website at http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb403914&sliceId=2
