  Q. The PDF document is printed as a "mirror image" or shows "white lines" across the printed page.

The "mirror image" printing problem causes your printout to be printed in reverse which can only be read by holding up the page to a mirror.  Sometimes, you may also notice "white lines" across the printed page.

To resolve this,

  1. Go to Adobe Acrobat Reader
  2. Click on "Print"
  3. Click on "Advanced"
  4. Select the checkbox for "Print As Image"

For a detailed guide to Troubleshooting Printing Problems in Acrobat, please refer to Adobe's support website at http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/150d6.htm
