Q. How can I keep myself up-to-date with the latest research done in my area?
If you need to monitor regularly the latest research that is being done in your area, here are some easy ways to make the Digital Library work for you. Using these services, you will be able to track the latest papers published in journals as well as new books acquired by the library.
Journal Articles
The following three publishers allow you to set the alert service at the article level. Set up your search profile directly with the publishers and you will be informed automatically by email regularly on the latest information published in your area of research.
Journal Issues
Many publishers provide alert services on the contents page level. You can pick a favorite journal with any of these journals and you will informed when a new issue of the journal is published.
Books
If you wish to be informed of the latest books acquired by the library, you can use myLINC. This alert service can be set up for your favorite author or any subject of your interest.
