The Scout Report
"The Scout Report is a weekly publication offering a selection of new and newly discovered Internet resources of interest to researchers and educators" It includes a section on Science & Engineering. The Internet Scout Project is located in the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation.

The Technology Interface : the Electronic Journal for Engineering Technology 
This is "the on-line journal for the Engineering Technology profession serving education and industry. The Technology Interface has been developed to provide professionals in the Engineering Technology profession and related fields, the opportunity to share ideas concerning teaching, teaching improvements, projects, industrial activities, research and much more via the internet."
