  • AsiaOne is owned and managed by Singapore Press Holdings AsiaOne and aims to be the "most comprehensive portals in Asia for e-commerce, news and information" in English and Chinese.  It features the latest news, stocks information, weather reports and links to many useful sites.
     

  • Ministry of Information & the Arts provides information such as links to news, media and entertainment, Singapore history and factual information.
     

  • Singapore Infomap provides background information Singapore, including media, arts & culture, sports & leisure, government, education, community & social, business & finance.
     

  • New Asia Singapore is a multilingual site on highlights of Singapore including an interactive library, a special spotlight for the month and a virtual art studio. The site is produced by the Singapore Tourism Board.

Country Studies

  • Singapore: a Country Study, prepared by the Federal Research Division of the Library of Congress, analyses Singapore's political, economic, social and national security systems and institutions. The data is as of December 1989.
     

  • World Factbook: Singapore by CIA provides information about Singapore's geography, people, government, economy, communications, transporation, military and transnational issues.

  • MAS Directory of Financial Institutions is provided by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.  It contains information on the various financial institutions and relevant organisations in Singapore.
      

  • Official Singapore Yellow Pages offers many ways to search for  information found in the Yellow Pages. You can search by free text or any defined fields for Business Search, search by name for People Search, or even perform a map search by location or landmark.  It is produced by the SingTel Yellow Pages.
     

  • Times Media Internet Directories features links to various trade directories, including the Times Business Directory of Singapore, Tradelink and the Directory of Certified Companies in Singapore.  Also featured are directories on Singapore's Agri-Food Business, Air Cargo, Banking and Services Industry, Broadband Industry, Electronic Industry and the Process and Chemicals Industry. 
     

  • Trade Link Singapore provides business and trade listings of local and foreign companies in Singapore, including an a list of Japanese Business in Singapore.
      

  • The Singapore Post provides useful information and tools on its postal services, including a Postal Code Finder and a Postage Calculator.
